Services Tailored to Your Needs
Four Pathways to Vibrant Living
Hopeful Goulash isn’t a single way forward. It’s a collection of pathways you can enter at different moments, needs, and seasons. Each one meets you where you are and helps you move, with steadiness and care, toward what’s next.
Personalized Resilience Recordings
Each recording is a personally crafted recipe to steady you in your uncertain moments, reconnect you with what matters to you, and help you move forward with intention.
Small, repeatable ways to steady yourself in a noisy world.
These are the grounding rituals — the pauses, reflections, and recalibrations that bring you back to center. Not overwhelming routines or rigid systems, but simple, intentional practices that help you build resilience from the inside out.
This is where you begin seeing things a little differently. A little more of this. A little less of that. Adjusting as you go.
A Practice Made for Your Life, Your Season, Your Thresholds
Every practice is personalized. Not generic. Not templated. It’s shaped around you — what you’re carrying, what you’re navigating, and what your nervous system quietly needs.
You’ll start with a short, thoughtful form — the Hopeful Goulash Reflection Form Through this form, you’ll share:
- What’s happening in your life right now
- What feels heavy, tender, or uncertain
- What moments are the hardest for you
- What kind of support would feel grounding
This isn’t paperwork. It’s the beginning of the practice itself — a moment of naming what’s true so the recording can meet you with precision and care.
What You’ll Receive
Using what you share, I create a personalized audio practice — a steady, human voice you can return to when the world tilts.
It’s there for the moments that catch you off guard:
- The early morning dread before the day begins
- The nights when sleep won’t come
- The 3 a.m. wake-ups when your mind won’t quiet
- The meeting you’re anxious about
- The conversation you’re bracing for
- The moment everything feels like too much
This recording is designed to calm your system, reframe your thinking, and offer a pause that refreshes you. Over time, it becomes part of your daily tending — a small ritual that helps you return to yourself again and again.
Your 5-10 minutes audio recording will be emailed to you within 5-15 business days.
A Gift for Someone You Love
When someone you love is struggling, it can be hard to know how to help. A personalized practice offers a gentle way to say: I see you. I’m here with you. You don’t have to carry this alone.
You can gift a recording created for the exact season your loved one is in — a steady, warm companion made just for their heart.
Start by purchasing a practice and completing the Hopeful Goulash Reflection Form — you may offer information that helps me understand what they’re navigating and what kind of support would feel grounding for them. Or you can purchase this gift and have them complete the Hopeful Goulash Reflection Form. Either way, I will email their 5-10 minutes audio recording directly to them within 5-15 business days.
The Hope Club™ and The Story Table™
Because resilience deepens in connection.
These are virtual spaces to gather with others who are also navigating, questioning, and growing. Not performative or polished — just real people, showing up honestly. Here, you’ll find conversation, perspective, and the quiet relief of not having to do it all alone.
Pull up a chair. You belong here.
A Place to Land, Listen, and Be Met
Both clubs are virtual, informal, and designed for comfort. You can talk, use the chat, or simply listen with your camera off. There is no pressure to share — only an invitation to be supported.
After you enroll in either club, you’ll receive a monthly calendar with meeting times, along with a Zoom link and personalized password. While they are never scripted, the concept stays the same for the whole month. This allows time to fully process the meaningful ways it can work into your life. You’re welcome to attend as often as you wish. These gatherings are here for you, not the other way around.
The Hope Club™
A monthly gathering to explore a single word that opens something inside you.
Each month, we center around a focus word — a lens for resilience. I begin with a connected story and a brief reflection on how I’m seeing the word show up in real life. From there, we explore together: what the word stirs, what it reveals, what it asks of us.
We close with a short resilience practice done as a community — something you can carry into your daily life in whatever way feels nourishing.
The Hope Club™ is a place to breathe, to remember what matters, and to feel less alone in the world.
The Story Table™
A deeper, more intimate space for those who want to share their story.
The Story Table™ is an extension of The Hope Club™ — a gathering where willing participants can share their story in a supportive, nonfixing community.
We begin with a centering practice that brings us together. Each session has a theme, and 1–4 people are invited to share their story in depth.
In the spirit of Hopeful Goulash, you’re welcome to bring what you have — your strong parts, your struggling parts, and everything in between. You may inspire others. You may need to set something down. You may simply want to be heard.
This is not a space for advice or solutions. It’s a space to hear yourself, release a little of the weight, and honor your story in the presence of others.
Storytelling weaves everyday moments into something that matters. This facilitates healing. And healing radiates hope.
Your Quiet Invitation
Whether you’re seeking perspective, connection, or a place to exhale, these clubs offer a steady table to visit as often as you’d like. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
Start by purchasing one or both of the clubs and completing the Hopeful Goulash Reflection Form. Your welcome email will explain the next steps.
Customized Resilience Work
When you’re ready for deeper clarity and intentional change.
This is one-on-one work grounded in both executive-level expertise and lived experience. Together, we make sense of what’s complex, untangle what’s stuck, and shape a path forward that aligns with who you are now — and who you are becoming.
Thoughtful. Direct. Human.
A Different Kind of Coaching
This is not Connective Living executive coaching, leadership coaching, or career coaching. This is resilience coaching — a steady, confidential partnership designed to help you navigate the vulnerable parts of your life that feel unsettled, overwhelming, or unclear.
Here, we focus on you — your thresholds, your patterns, your nervous system, your lived reality. We explore what’s heavy, what’s shifting, and what’s asking for attention. And together, we craft a resilience recipe that nourishes you through whatever your life is throwing your way.
You will be heard. You will be understood. And the solutions we shape will make sense to you — This is not therapy. This is not theory. This coaching offers resilience tools and techniques that become your practice.
What This Work Looks Like
We meet virtually, one-on-one, in a space that is honest, grounded, and free of performance. Our work is highly customizable — the number of sessions and the duration of our engagement depend on the size of the mountain you’re climbing.
In our time together, we will:
- Explore the parts of your life that feel tender or tangled
- Identify the patterns that keep you stuck
- Practice resilience disciplines that strengthen your steadiness
- Build a daily rhythm that supports your real life, not an idealized one
- Create tools you can return to when things get loud or uncertain
You’ll leave with practices that are tried, tested, and truly yours — not generic advice, not quick fixes, but grounded strategies you can rely on.
Life is a struggle. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll find your way through it, together.
How to Begin
Start by completing the Hopeful Goulash Reflection Form — a brief form that helps me understand what you’re navigating and what kind of support would feel grounding.
From there, I’ll personally reach out, and we’ll shape a coaching scenario that meets you exactly where you are.
Experiences
Workshops and retreats that center you and bring your hope philosophy to life.
Workshops and Retreats
Space to step out of the day-to-day and spend time in the desert — Come back to yourself. Move toward who you are becoming.
These are intentional environments designed to help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what matters. Through curated experiences, you’ll gain perspective, restore energy, and return with a clearer, steadier way of moving through your life.
Sometimes, you need to leave your routine to remember yourself.
The Most Immersive Encounter with Hope
These in-person experiences are for people who want to deepen their relationship with hope — not as an idea, but as a lived resilience practice.
Here, hope becomes something you can feel, explore, and strengthen. We work together as a group in workshops, and in smaller groups for longer durations in retreats, to understand how hope is built, how it breaks, and how it can be restored.
This is where vulnerability, becoming, and the quiet pursuit of peace come together. It is here where you learn to lead your strongest life from the inside out.
Workshops
For teams, groups, and communities.
Workshops are designed for groups who want to explore resilience together — leaders, teams, organizations, or communities seeking a shared language of hope. These sessions blend story, reflection, practice, and conversation to help groups connect with themselves and with each other.
Workshops can be brought directly to your organization, or your group can travel to the Phoenix desert to experience the refreshing, paradoxical spirit of a landscape that is both harsh and gentle.
Retreats
For individuals ready for a deeper reset.
Retreats offer a more personal, immersive encounter with hope. These experiences create space for you to step away from your daily life, listen inward, and rebuild your resilience from a place of honesty and rest.
Most retreats are designed for organized groups, but individuals — or a small circle of friends — are welcome to join open retreats held in the Phoenix desert. The desert has a way of stripping away what doesn’t matter and strengthening what does. This setting will inspire you.
How to Join
There are workshops and retreats planned throughout the year. If you’re interested in attending — on your own, with a friend, or with a full group — complete the Hopeful Goulash Reflection Form and share what you’re looking for.
I’ll then be in touch with upcoming dates, availability, and the experience that best fits the season you’re in and the possibility you are seeking.
These resilience recordings are such a part of my morning routine that I ended up getting more to reflect at the end of my day. I sleep better now.
